What Causes Stomach Pain Along With Numbness In The Fingers And Arms?
My wife is having a sudden sharp stomach pain and tingling/numbness in her fingers and arms. She has shortness of breath and feels like passing out. This came on very quickly and she is now showing signs of improvement. What is the probable diagnosis?

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound.
