General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. But for answering it conclusively
1. no. of episodes of diarrhoea and vomiting is important to know severity of dehydration
2. any history of eating outside within last couple of days to assess the possibility of food poisoning other than at home since you are not suffering from the same symptoms
3.is it watery diarrhoea?
4.is vomitting associated with nausea?
5.is she on some antibiotics?

my suggestion would be to start her on oral rehydration therapy as soon as possible and if she continues to have vomitting and diarrhoea episodes, dehydration may become severe so take her to a doctor.
