According to history provided by you, you have digestion problem and might have
constipation that lead gas and
bloating.
This constipation might be because of lack of daily exercise, sedentary life style , bad eating habit or drinking less water.
So for relieving it do regular 30 minute flooring exercise with more water and fruit juices.Avoid
smoking .Take green leaf veg
Fiber containing diet useful like whole grain , wheat bran , apples etc.
Avoid gas forming food like broccoli, cabbage etc.
Digestive enzyme and fiber supplement could be useful.
So you have problem mainly regarding digestion.
If still constipation not relieved then over the counter laxative can be taken.
If still your problem increasing I will advise you for
ultrasound examination of abdomen.
