What Causes Stomach Pain And Blood In Stools?

hi I am 27 years old female . For the past 3 months I have been experiencing stomach pain . It s not every day but sometimes . When the pain starts it is very severe . It stops me from walking , sleeping , sitting .., The doctor thinks it s Acid reflux and I am taking gaviscon . When I eat , most of the time my stomach feels very warm and hot to touch . Also I have noticed blood in my stoll which I don t know is to do with scratch of the anal skin or its heamoriid

Hi,

First, you may have hyper-acidity, that is why your stomach is burning. Secondly, you may have piles problem which is bleeding piles. To confirm your piles sign or make differential diagnosis, you have to confirm the bleed in anal root occurred with clot after first defecation or with parallel line with the feces.
