What Causes Stomach Pain And Bowel Movements?

I have had several episodes of bad stomach pains, followed by several bowel movements, one right after the other ending in diahreah. I break out in a cold sweat and feel very nautious. I am usually in the bathroom for 45 minutes with an attack. Last night I even vomited with my attack. Any clue as to what could be causing these attacks? Thank you.

It seems you are having acute gastroenteritis. But please let me know whether you have fever or not? Is there blood in your stool or not? These are required to rule Out dysentry

At present I would advice you to
1. get a routine stool examination done with complete blood count
2. Consume oral rhayration solution
3. Take tablets of hyocine(buscopan 10mg ) thrice daily to relive you crampy pains
4. If you are having fever and blood in stool your doctor may start you on antibiotics and may go for further investigation s
