General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Stomach pain with occasional vomiting and cramps could be due to gastritis or gastroenteritis or food poisoning etc.

As symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting are also associated with this.

So,you must go for routine blood tests and serum electrolytes mainly sodium, potassium and abdominal ultrasound to arrive at a certain conclusion.

You must be treated with antibiotics and antispasmodics,anti-emetics with water and electrolyte balance.

You must consult to the gastro-physician for investigations and treatment.

Thanks and regards,
