Pediatrician 's  Response
This is just a viral infection of the gastro-intestinal tract. Stay with him, give him plenty of water with electrolytes, rest, and light, easy to digest food. For the pain, you will need to give him paracetamol syrup, 5-6 ml per dose, up to 3-4 times per day as needed by him.
