What Causes Stomach Pain And Liquid Stool?
Hi. My stool is nothing but liquid and some soft material. A yellowish color. Pain in the center of my stomach. And i am currently on my menstrual cycle. This pain in stomach started yesterday. I started my period the day before. This has never happened. Could it be food poisoning?

According to your complain you have problem of liquidy stool and pain at center part of stomach that may be because of gastritis problem. Food poisoning may cause liquidy diarrhea. Proper physical examination and history give exact idea about problems.
