What Causes Stomach Pain And Rashes On The Body?

My stomach (lower abdomin) has a moderate pain that had been continuous, i have small rashes appearing on my body in different locations but primarily on my armpits(possibly swollen glands) and generally around my mid-body. I am constantly tired, and it seems like I always had a headache, and even when i can sleep i still toss and turn. I recently found out that my friend is suffering from many of the same symptoms and the only thing i can think of us doing together is being in a, less than clean, hot tub. Im 18 and Male, and I went to my doctor today and they said that if i dont see any improvement in 48 hours then i should go into the ER, what do you think?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain abdomen can be due to a number of causes.
Organomegaly, gastritis, gastrointestinal (GIT) infections, vascular pathologies can all cause abdominal pain.
A clinical assessment and ultrasound abdomen should be done to know the cause of abdominal pain.
Rashes are seen in cases of viral infections.
The abdominal pain and rashes can be due single problem or can be due to separate problems.
Associated headache can be due to infection or can be due to different cause.

I would suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.
