What Causes Stomach Pain And Spotting Inspite Of Being On Birth Control?

Hi,
Yesterday morning I started getting a stomach ache after eating at the hotel my husband and I stayed at for our last night of the honeymoon. I am on birth control and have skipped the period pills for the sake of the wedding and honeymoon. I started spitting and getting really bad cramps. Last night my stomach pain worsened and I was up all night trying to throw up but couldn't. My stomach is still bad today. What's wrong with me?

Well come to HCM
Chances of Dyspepsia (Indigestion ) would be likely there are numbers of cause for this but the most common are GERD (Gastroesophagus reflux Disease ) and infection these can be managed together on tentative basis and the following medicines would be best option
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day
2) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time for three week
