What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting?
My son has been complaining about stomach pains for about 30 hrs. He is 8 vomiting maybe 3 times today, moved his Bowles. He is hungry and tries to eat and the pain gets horrific for him. I have given him Tylenol for pain, I even gave him an enema last night. He doubles over in pain at times. He ate white rice, dry cereal and chicken noodle soup today is all and not at the same time.

it couldn be food poisoning of early onset type and stomach pain due to repeated vomiting or due to gatritis.most food poisonings are self limiting.you take of proper hydration and electrolyte balance
