What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting?

my 16 yo daughter had chocolate ice cream and immediately felt ill. Just vomited and her vomit included some bright red along with the chocolate color. She indicates her stomach still hurts, but doesn t feel as nauseous. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom could be due to allergic condition and most probable cause would be ice cream, it may be self limiting condition, this could seldom need any treatment and if it ever needed then "Tab Diphenhydramine' is the drug of choice, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
