I have had a stomach ache on and off for 3 days but i have also had poo problems where it is now watery and light brown colour, on tuesday i couldnt stop going and its the same again today
Abdomen colic is pretty common condition and it may not need any medicines because diet may be the cause of this that develops the dyspepsia.
So, first try to change the diet, reduce oily, fat containing diet, and avoid taking heavy meal.
If the symptoms remain as it is, then it can be said to be infection and protozoa could be the reason, a single dose medicine of Sacnidazole drug can be tried.
