What Causes Stomach Pain, Constipation And Gastritis?
hello, i have had severe pain for the last 3 days. ive waited this long and tolerated the pain thinking maybe it was gas, constipation or something with my digestive tract i could possibly wait out, but now the pain is so bad it hurts to walk, get up, sit down or cough. what could this be or should i go straight to the er.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having stomach pain, constipation and gastritis . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , lactose intolerance , giardiasis or intestinal Ileus. Try to drink warm water several times a day . For now eat light and non spicy , avoid food like sea food and nuts , take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history . Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine .
