What Causes Stomach Pain, Cramps And Soreness After A Fall?

I fell down the stairs on Sunday and had severe stomach cramps on Thursday night but was half asleep so not sure where it s was.. I thought as it was eight hours after eating it may have been due to food but my stomach hurt after I fell for a while. I have been sore but not unbearable if it ached I took ibuprofen and it eased. The pain was very intense like a stomach bug but wasn t ill and fell asleep

I think this needs to be checked for internal organ injury.A minor trauma can also cause such injury and present with minimal symptoms.Ideal would be to get an ultrasound done to see if any internal organ is injured.Regards
