What Causes Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas, Dizziness And Fatigue?
i have not taken a pregnancy test yet because i dont think it can still show the results but i have felt different . my stomach hurts alot. i have cramps. my stomach gets gassy all the time .and ive gotten really dizzy and fatigue. does this mean i am possibly pregnant or did i have a miscarriage?
Hello i had gone through your question and i can understand your concern this could be due to any of following impending menses or premenstrual symptoms missed abortion PID or STI acid peptic disease
i would suggest you certain investigation like blood for hemoglobin CBC liver function test urine pregnancy test urine culture or an ultrasound
if nothing comes conclusive after these tests and clinical examination upper GI endoscopy is recommended
have plenty of fluids maintenance of good hygiene multivitamins supplements avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks Hope this helps you best wishes
