What Causes Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Yellowish Soft Tools After Diagnosed With H.pylori?
I was dignoed with h pylori the beginning of june....was on two doses of meds still taking omeprazole twice a day. I had bad dierrea to begin with now I have soft stools that are yellow and my stomach I hurting again and I just feel icky again. do I have h pylori again or is something else going on?

H.pylori doesn't cause diarrhea mostly it is infective diarrhea irrespective of H.pylori .
But stomach pain us from H.pylori and it should be treated with triple therapy and it is the standard therapy which no other will work . it includes omperazol 20mg twice/ clarithromycin 500 twice / amoxacillin 1g twice for two weeks followed by omperzole 40 mg once daily for one month to cure ulcer induced from H.pylori
