looking at the history......probably you are suffering from muscular problem....i would like to ask about its onset and duration......then i would suggest
1) taking some painkiller
2) take some muscle relaxant e.g tab tizanidine 4 mg thrice daily
3) cap omeprazole 40 mg once daily
