General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the severe stomach pain after meals may indicate gastric ulcer as there is associated weight loss as well.

* However, as the scans and MRI are being normal, I would like to know the status of

@ an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis

@ upper GI endoscopy and

@ biopsy of the stomach for H.Pylori or any other abnormality

If any of the above are available with you, kindly share with me at earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
