What Causes Stomach Pain, Fever And Cough In Child?

My 8 year old duaghter has had stomach pain and a fever for 9 days. I have taken her to the doctor but they said nothing was wrong. The pain gets worse at times( i think cramping) The pain started around her belly button. She has not had vomiting or diarrhea. She has a cough but the pain started before she develpoed the cough.

Looking into your history I can say your daughter is having some sort of gastric infection or upset. For treatment you can give her some antibiotic preferably metrogyl after an expert opinion along with cyclopam or meftal-spaz for stomach pain and fever with rantac or omez empty stomach. For cough you can give her syrup ambrodil-s or syrup bro-zedex.
