What Causes Stomach Pain, Headache, Weakness And Loss Of Appetite?

gave blood on tuesday. woke up on Wednesday with stomach pain that wraps to my back. with activity i get a headache and weekness. no appetite, no GI or GU problems. hurts with movement. Tylenol helps some, but wakes me up at night. same intensity since wednesday. Though i have no appetite, after a couple of days i resumed eating to see if it would make a difference. The pain runs from right under my breast, sometimes down into one or the other leg.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can have infection in intestine or stomach area and so pain in the gastric area can occur.

Due to less food intake, there might be pain in the leg as well.

I suggest you resume your full diet and avoid excess spicy and fatty foods for a few days.

Green leafy vegetables and fruits more.

If your symptoms returns than USG abdomen scan should be done and detailed physical examination needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
