Dear Friend:

This is mainly due to your unsystematic way of life. Please do follow this pattern which would give you lot of relief.
1) Have food every 3 hours. Light food.
2) Avoid Alcohol, Fast Food and Beverages like Coca Cola, Pepsi etc
3) Go to sleep early ie by 10.00 pm and get up early in the morning and do
some light exercise.

The problem you are suffering is mainly due to gas formation and gas can go an occupy any space in the body including Brain and Heart.

There is no need to worry and all the best for you.
