What Causes Stomach Pain Immediately After Passing Stool In A Child?
My son who is of 2.4 years of age tells me he has stomach ache, immideately he passes stool. He passes stool atleast 3 times a day. Stool is neither loose nor too hard. There is some slimy substance like mucous in his stool early morning. He seems healthy. This is something i have observed from past one week. The mucous is the concern. Please suggest what could be wrong
