What Causes Stomach Pain In A 11 Year Old Boy?

My 11 year old complains on a fairly regular basis that his stomach hurts with no other symptoms. He does eat regularly and there are no other symptoms. Occasionally when his stomach hurts he also is tired. I have tried reducing milk products, as I thought perhaps he was becoming lactose intolerant. However, he still complains that his stomach hurts.

mostly worm infestation like round worm is possibility. can be given albendazole. proper hygiene and sanitation is to be maintained raw vegetables to be properly washed before cooking.
