What Causes Stomach Pain Inspite Of Taking Pantoprazole?

I am having pain in my stomach for almost 10 days now,i went to the doctor on saturday and checked my stomach she prescribed pantoprazole for me, which the pharmacy didn t have so they have to order it ,up to now i havent taken anything yet except Tums which helps for a while.what do you suggest

Well it looks that you have increased stomach acidity which will improve once you start taking the prescribed drug given by your doctor. This family of medicine helps in reduction of stomach acidity. Remember that its important to avoid food that can increase acidity such as oil, fried, sweets, tea in the evening... I do recommend you get the medication prescribed and start taking it soon it will relief the symptoms. If not please refer back to your doctor.
