What Causes Stomach Pain, Mild Fever, Chills, Night Sweats And Headaches?

I had malaria as 4 yr old. I m 31 now and for as long as I can remember, sometimes several times a year I get sick for just like 1 or 2 days. Symptoms seem to be the same always. Stomach ache, low fewer, heavy chills followed by night sweats, and headaches. It seems to be worst at night when I get it then better during the day then bad again at night. But this is only for a couple days and then it goes completely away. Could this be some kind of recurring malaria since I had it as a child?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here this may not be malaria because it can not be long last that much long time but this may be something else, but not malaria for sure, nonspecific symptoms is very likely, only option is there to rule out this is to get done the blood test for to clear the doubt, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
