What Causes Stomach Pain, Nausea, Lightheadedness And Tiredness?
I'm 15, almost 16, female. I have a very stomach ache, nausea, light-headedness, i feel very disoriented, and even with a full night of sleep i am exhausted.... in general, i feel terrible. when i go to vomit, nothing happens. no doctors have been able to tell me what's wrong.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
How can a Doctor tell you that this may be related to your anxiety problem. Before saying so I would like to get the following examinations:
Blood- Complete blood picture, sugar, kidney and liver function tests, Typhoid.
Urine - routine and microscopy.
Ultrasonography of abdomen
If something is found , the treatment can be started .
If everything is normal, one can consider other possibilities of anxiety.
