What Causes Stomach Pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea And Feverish?

presented with sharp stomach pain last evening approx. 7pm before dinner. ate soup & salad, took a walk, rested, took a tums, went to sleep. Woke up feeling a little better. Ate breakfast, had 2 BM s, went to work, felt nauseous on drive to work. Stomach ached all day, sharp pains. Can t sit still. Ate lunch, peed 3-4 times, no BM. Started driving home from work tonight, had to pull over to vomit. Diarrhea upon arriving home, vomited again. Drank small amount of gingerale. Vomited twice more. Feel slightly feverish. Tried to eat cracker, can t keep anything down. Continuing with sharp stomach pains.

Hello,

I think it is just a gastrointestinal viral infection. You may need to use Reglan tablet since you are finding it hard to keep the food down. You may need to keep yourself hydrated having more water and liquid soup. Use Acetaminophen for fever and Pepto-Bismol can help about stomach aches. You can use probiotics such enterogermina to youvita to establish the intestinal flora.
