What Causes Stomach Pain Radiating From Rib Cage To Back?

Can you tell me I may possibly have symptoms of gallstones? I had pain in the pit of my stomach 7 days, pain radiating around the rib cage towards the back on the right. No nausea, no vomiting, no loss of appetite. If I drink something the pain sharpens. If I lay down the pain goes away for a while.
