Please can you help. I can t sleep I m suffering from stress I have pains on my tummy every morning coupled with severe migraines and today I nearly collapsed on the corner of a desk with a dizzy spell starting to come out in bruises then sat down and felt like someone just flung my head it went really funny. I ache all over and in bed it feels like my legs are numb and I can t move them. After today s episode it s scared me. Please help
