What Causes Stomach Pain When Hungry And After Eating?
Hi there, I experience extremely sharp pains in my lower stomach when it has been awhile since I ate. It worsens as I eat and causes sharp pinching pains in my stomach. I become really hot and it is hard for me to walk as it hurts...alot. I just witnessed this earlier and I felt like I was about to throw up. However, nothing came up but salvia. What do you think this is?

This could be gastritis, may be due to some bacterial infection some time H.Pylori is likely, although this need to be confirmed with investigations but this can be treated on tentative basis also, and the best drugs for this would be Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid, twice in day, Tab Metronidazole 400m mg twice in day for five days, Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time for six weeks, hope this information helps.
