Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You did not explain the nature of the pain nor the site and pain radiation but assuming by the stomach, you mean epigastric area, it points towards heartburn/regurgitation which is relieved by food intake. Please avoid spicy foods and take Zantac (Cimetidine) twice a day for relief. Also, keep two pillows under your head, it helps a lot.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Adnan Iqbal
