What Causes Stomach Pain When It Is Either Poked Or Given Slight Pressure?

My stomach hurts when I poke it or apply a minor amount of pressure. This has been a consistent issue for the past year and every morning when I wake up I feel an overwhelming sense of stomach pain. It s not normal aching but more of a sick or toxic feeling. This as well has been consistent for the past year. Any ideas what could cause this? My family says they think I have ulcers as I drink an excessive amount of pop every day.

it may be gastritis with hyper acidity. consult gastroenterologist for examination and advise on investigation.take bland diet fresh fruits and vegetable. avoid hot tea and coffee. refrain from taking alcohol and smoking. avoid fast food and oily food.
