My son is 26 years old and has been taking adderal,Paxil and respairadahl( not sure of the spelling)since he was 12 years old, he has been said to have Asperger s when he was about 6 years old he has done well and is independent he has been having stomach pains he said it feels like hunger pains. but he isn t hunger. He has always been very healthy.
Asperger is genetically constituted disease that affect the development, it some time affects the immune system later on in life and patient becomes prone to infection and it may be abdomen infection so due tot this there could be abdomen pain, second possibility it may be nonspecific one, over all underlying cause would be matter of concern and that need to be managed in this case.
Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
