What Causes Stomach Pain While I Am Hungry?

when i get hungry, it HURTS. and then i eat or drink something, and i feel nautious for about a minute, then im ok for about an hour and then im hungry again. i feel it between my chest and stomach, is there somthing wrong? or am i eating something wrong? i usually dont eat breakfast, and i feel like this on those days, between 10 and noon.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The commonest causes of feeling hungry and getting pain in area between chest and abdomen are as follows:
Gastritis with or without ulcer.
Duodenitis with or without ulceration.
GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux disease causing esophagitis.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Upper GI Endoscopy is the best modality to get a proper diagnosis.
Clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor.
Till then I would advise you the following:
Take a PPI like Omeprazole.
Domperidone 8 hourly.
Antacids when on empty stomach.
Small frequent meals with a breakfast in the morning, lunch, brunch in the evening and dinner.
Soft and bland diet without any oily and spicy foods.
Reduce the stress and anxiety.
No smoking, no alcohol.
