What Causes Stomach Pain With A History Of Candida Infections?
29 yr. old son has stomach cramping, and esophagus and lower intestinal cramping. feels sick, throws up and when he throws up the cramping stops. very stressed. tried protonics, bentyl. not working as well. History of recent candida in esophagus. history of pacreatitis, supposibly resolved.
Hi. Thanks for your query. It is obviously pancreatitis which causes the problems in the upper intestines like strictures or so and hence the vomiting relieving the pain also. Added problem of candida can be troublesome and also indicate reduced immunity, diabetes or so. Needs tests for pancreatic functions, blood sugar, insulin and so on, upper GI endoscopy and Barium studies. If needed surgery may be helpful for permanent cure.
