What Causes Stomach Pain With Bloating And Diarrhea?

I have stomach pain for the last two days now and to day I had my husband go out and by me over the counter meds,I drunk Imodium multi- symptom relief diarrhoea plus cramps pressure bloating gas weak.I also drunk Ibuprofen200mg could it be food poisoning, or flu

Hi,

It is not food poisoning and for sure it is not flu also, it is probably inflammation of the stomach, you may take Nexium tab to relieve these symptoms.
