Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This episode today may be due to Irritable bowel problems, infections, malabsorption or food Intolerance. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food caffeinated drinks. Take soft diet with plenty of liquids. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms do not improve please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
