hi docter i am 33 male i have some stomach problem when i am hunger i feel numbness and stomach make some creaking sound than i eat some think i feel good i have no suger no any problem but i hunger stomach has got cramps i not standing not waking all report normal ct ultrasound what is this

Many a times peptic ulcer presrents with this visit a gastroentrologist take acid lowering drug ,it will being you,avoid oily greasy food,spicy food,
If you get pain drink cold milk it will help,

Strict control on diet with acid lowering drugs for 6-8 weeks helps with this problem.
