HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have gastroenteritis.

In this illness, some or all of the following may be present- loss of appetite, fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, burning discomfort, diarrhoea.

Fluid management is the most important aspect of treatment. This means replacing the fluid loss with the loose stools.

In addition, you can consider the use of reflux medication to help with the burning in the chest. Examples of losec, nexium, prilosec, pepcid

The use of probiotics either in the form of yogurt or in supplements, may also speed up the resolution of the illness.

I hope this helps
