What Causes Stomach Pain,diarrhea And Headache After Drinking Coca Cola?

I drink six Pepsi max a day and this has been going on for years. For the past two days I drank coca cola and my stomach hurts, cramps, urinating often, major headache, weak, back pain, stomach pain and diarrhea. Every time I drink coca cola this happens, but not with pepsimax. What s happening.

Hi welcome to HCM....

Excess soft drink can lead injury to gastric epithelium And can lead gastritis like condition....

So here you have to stop drinking soft drink or at least reduce its quantity ...

Take omeprazole capsule 20 mg OD for two week....

Avoid excess spicy foods ...

Drink more water ....
Fruits more .

Avoid smoking and alcohol ...

Non veg food avoided ....

Excess tea , coffe also should be avoided ....

If your condition not improve than USG , endoscopy like higher investigation needed ...for further work up...
