What Causes Stomach Pain,headache And Nausea?

Hello, I am asking about my little brother who is 16. The symptoms he told me he is having are nausea, sharp pains in his stomach, headaches, weird noises coming from his stomach, not much of an appetite and this has been going on for about four days now. Any suggestions would help. Thank you.
