What Causes Stomach Pain,vomiting And Nausea After The Removal Of Uterus?

Hi, my sister in law was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and her ovarian cyst was ruptured and she had her uterus removed as well three years ago,,and then she underwent chemotherapy n radiation. She is experiencing lot of pain in her stomach , digestion , vomiting , nausea and is getting admitted to hospital a most every 15 days due to this ,,unable to find the reason .pls advise

Noted the history about your sister in law and understood your concerns.
Since it is diagnosed and treated case of Ovarian cancer and already had Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy after the ovarian cyst rupture indicates the following reasons for her symptoms of pain in stomach, indigestion, vomiting and getting repeatedly admitted to the hospital.
The rupture of the ovarian cyst with cancer can spread the cancer extensively.
Surgery itself can have complications of intra-abdominal adhesions.
Radiotherapy directly affects the organs exposed to.
Hence I would advise her the following in such a situation:
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen.
Tests of blood and urine.
If there is any obstruction, she would need surgical correction, maintenance of good hemoglobin and serum proteins.
