What Causes Stomach Rumbles, Red Eyes And Frequent Bowel Movement?
hi, my husband been suffering from grumbling stomach for almost 3 weeks, he also sometimes had his eyes red even if its not that itchy. hes bowel movement is always 2-3 times per day and liquidy. we already tried to see a doctor,and gave him an bactocillus medicine,but it doesnt stop the grumbling. is it a symptom of stomach flu?tnx
You should undergo certain blood investigations with urine and stool examination for R/M and ova or ultrasound of abdomen.
Treatment is mainly depend on the underlying cause but symptomatic treatment can be given.
You may require antibiotics (quinolones with antiprotozoals) and anti helminthic (albendazole) with proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole or rabeprazole and prebiotics and probiotics.
You must consult physician for proper diagnosis.
Acute red eye could be due to viral conjuctivitis for which you can use topical ciplox eye drops.

Hi, Grumbling stomach could be normal stomach movement or due to excess gas formation inside stomach. Character and consistency of stool is more important than frequency of stool. Here,it could be due to dyspepsia,gastroenteritis,Irritable bowel syndrome IBS or inflammatory bowel disease,parasitic infestation(giardiasis).
