What Causes Stomach Upset Along With Tiredness?
I am a 52 year old woman and I went through menopause about 6 years ago. I have not had a period for at least 5 years. I have not been feeling well as of late; tired, upset stomach off and on. Today I have blood in my urine and seems similar to the start of a period. It all seems very strange.

Most probably the symptoms may be due to hormonal changes. We have to rule out other causes like anaemia also.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. You might require hormone replacement therapy probably.
