What Causes Stomach Upset And Fatigue?

My husband is 49 years old has had an upset stomach and weakness for 4 days now can not eat anything has tried broth and pureed beef stew nothing settles in his stomach right at all. Has absolutely no energy and has slept for 3.5 days. He saw his Doctor on Thursday. She did X-rays and said he was all filled up with gas. She put him on Dicyclomine and Promethazine, and he has been taking gas ex, and he is still not 100% what else can we or should we be doing?

give her some food light in nature like green leafy vegtables
tab.stelabid will work
cap.rabeparazole 1od empty stomach

take a history of pain increased by in take of food or decrease
