What Causes Stomach Upset And Vomiting In A Toddler?
Hi I have a 2 year old that has been complaining of an upset tummy for about a week now, she has been having bm s. Tonight she is puking which is green in color ( I am thinking the coloring is coming from her eating lucky charms cereal). I am worried since she has had a tummy complaint for a week or more now.

Most probably it could be about of gastroenteritis. Consult a paediatrician and get evaluated. If symptoms persist antibiotics has to be started.
