What Causes Stomach Upset, Difficulty Urinating And Excessive Burping?

I am having issues with upset stomach; trouble urinating; burping up egg and I haven t eaten any. I have an upset sour stomach everyday when I get out of bed. I am also constipated. I am bloated and my stomach is sticking out; no appitite and VERY tired; also sleeplessness...Can you help? FOR FREE :)

you are having gastritis and esophageal reflux take tab omiprazol and polycrol gel for constipation drink more water and diet rich in fiber.might be having uti get urine tested and urine test is positive then have culture and sensitivity test. consult gastroentrologist.
