What Causes Stomach Upset Followed By Dizziness And Nausea?
I got sent home from work early yesterday because I started to feel very sick to my stomach. Anytime I move or anything I would be very dizzy and nausour. Ikept ffeeling like puking. When I came home I puked and slept all night. I woke up this morning still feeling drained and very tired and anytime I eat I feelllike I m going to vomit again. Is this contagious and what is it?

The symptoms seem to be related to enterovirosis.
I suggest using electrolyte solution such as Pedialyte. I also suggest using an over the counter option for the diarrhea such as Imodium. I recommend to drink liquids and rest.
