What Causes Stomach Upset, Headache And Sore Neck Post A Head Injury?
14 year old female jammed head during basketball practice three and a half hours ago --- complained of headache and sore neck when I picked her up. She then played for quite a while but now in bed says she fells sick to stomach with headache and sore neck.

Headache, sore neck and Upset stomach can be seen in head injury, muscle strain and cervical (neck) spondylosis. After a head injury, patient must be checked for a possible complication. An x-ray and muscle ultrasound must be done to evaluate any possible tendon injury, hemorrhage or bone injury. In the meantime, pain killer can be prescribed.
